I visited the lush, rain-forest landscaped university campus on a walk one day, between days of casual substitute teaching in which I obstinate teenagers into learning an outdated curriculum in a stuffy fibro classrooms of an under-resourced public school. I moved to a scenic coastal city with a better lifestyle than my previous home in barren urban sprawl, commuting in bottleneck traffic every morning. I was in High School teaching, but I decided to move to the tertiary level. One way to plan, prepare and work consistently on achieving your goals is to break them down into smaller goals, and lists of tasks that will help to achieve them. Many people make a New Years resolution with good intentions, however, usually the resolution falls by the wayside as we try and incorporate something new in our lives.
